HRS4R
Certification

Our approach to obtaining the HRS4R certification

We are in the process of obtaining the European HRS4R (Human Resources Strategy for Researchers) certification, a distinction that highlights excellence in human resource management for researchers.

This also contributes to promoting researchers, their skills, and their involvement in research institutions.

Awarded by the European Commission, this certification is based on the principles of the European Charter for Researchers and the Code of Conduct for the Recruitment of Researchers, published in 2005.

It encompasses 40 principles organized around four major themes:

Ethical principles and professional responsibilities,

Recruitment, career development, mobility,

Working conditions and safety, professional environment,

Training.

This certification recognizes organizations that foster attractive careers, inclusive working conditions, and transparent, fair recruitment processes.

Step one: Internal analysis

We are currently in the initial phase, which involves analyzing the company’s internal situation with respect to the 40 principles of the Charter.

This process allows us to review our practices and assess their alignment with the requirements of the Charter and the Code.

This in-depth reflection aims to identify our strengths and the areas for improvement necessary to strengthen our commitments to the researchers we support and the companies that trust us.

Why pursue this certification?

Obtaining the HRS4R certification embodies our ambition to:

Promote researchers and PhDs by providing exemplary support throughout their professional journeys.

Enhance our attractiveness to talents and organizations seeking high-level scientific expertise.

Adhere to European standards of excellence in our recruitment practices and HR consulting, aligning with the best European norms.

For Adoc Talent Management, this initiative reflects our commitment to being a reference player in valuing PhD holders' skills and integrating them into professional environments, both academic and private.

We are proud to take this step and look forward to sharing updates on this initiative, which reinforces our dedication to researchers and their careers.
