Our training offer

Adoc Talent Management offers training for PhD candidates, PhDs and research staff from academia and the private sector on a range of topics related to career development and developing their skills for their day-to-day work.

Adoc Talent Management also offers career coaching for early-stag researchers and research staff to help them make the transition from one career to another within the higher education sector or beyond.

We believe in learning in action and the exchange of knowledge, so all our training is interactive, including exercises, case studies and scenarios related to the daily lives of participants.

Our educational approach

The aim of our training courses is to provide participants with the tools they need to define and implement a realistic, personal career plan. The possible future careers (‘the field of possibilities’) of the participants lie at the intersection of three spheres that our training courses propose to work on.

Our offer includes more than sixty training courses designed to develop skills and knowledge in each of these 3 areas. It is structured around 3 main themes:

Individual post-training follow-up may be envisaged in order to facilitate the beneficiaries' transition to action, encourage the development of their skills and the achievement of their professional objectives.

For each course in the catalogue, we offer a basic programme tailored to the specific needs of each participant:

 

  • The profile of the participants (disciplines, jobs, level of experience and knowledge of the subject),

  • The expectations and objectives of the sponsors,

  • The expectations expressed in the positioning questionnaires sent to the participants.

Our courses can be delivered face-to-face or remotely, in French or English.

In addition to the courses in our catalogues, we are always ready to listen to our customers' specific needs. We can design tailor-made courses to meet specific needs linked to the participants' professional environment.

Our skills e-porfolio

To help you identify your skills and build your career plan, we have developed and designed a skills e-portfolio based on studies carried out by our Research and Innovation department.

Available in English and French, our platform includes both a Skills and Aptitudes Reflexive Analysis Module (based on the RNCP doctoral reference framework and the CAREER reference framework), which enables users to identify their skills and assess them themselves, and a Training and Careers Matching Module, which enables users to find out about existing training courses to help them acquire the missing skills, as well as the careers occupied by PhDs.

Our e-portfolio can be included in the catalogue of training courses offered by your doctoral school, enabling you to promote it and making it easier for doctoral students to build their career plans.
