SECURE Projet

The SECURE Project

Adoc Talent Management is one of the 18 partners of the Sustainable Careers for Researcher Empowerment (SECURE) project, a project funded by the European Union.

The SECURE project aims to develop a guide of recommendations to improve research careers and reduce precariousness in Europe, building on already existing European initiatives.

parcours de formation adoc talent management

This guide of recommendations provides a series of tools and options designed to support research organizations in the recruitment, employment, training, development, advancement, and mobility of their research staff.

The project aims to address the persistent issue of career precariousness by proposing solutions that recognize the research profession across all sectors, offer a structured career development path, and facilitate greater mobility between academia, industry, and other sectors.

The SECURE project will also recognize both research-specific and transferable skills, equipping researchers to contribute effectively to diverse sectors of the economy. By promoting intersectoral collaboration, the framework seeks to foster long-term career sustainability, ensuring that researchers have the support and resources they need to advance their careers both inside and outside of academia.

The project's website lists all the deliverables, available for free consultation.

Our role in the project

Adoc Talent Management contributes to developing the recommendations of the SECURE project by :

Analyzing scientific literature,

Testing their implentation in the private sector

As a key partner, we are deeply involved in the development and testing of the research career guide, particularly within the private sector.

Our goal is to develop and refine strategies that involve both the private and public sectors, promoting mutual understanding and establishing a common language around researchers' career development. This will benefit not only PhD holders but also more broadly enrich the labor market.
