Amandine Bugnicourt, PhD. is an engeneer in biotechnology and biochemistry (INSA Lyon) and a PhD in microbiology, cellular and molecular biology (University Paris 7). She worked in academic research in France as well as in several European countries. She also worked in applied research in USA. She is co-fonder of Adoc Talent Management and is in charge of clients prospection, partners relationship and constant services improvements.

Matthieu Lafon, PhD. holds a Master in Cognitive Sciences from University Paris 6 (Pierre and Marie Curie) and Ecole Normale Superieure of Paris. He then obtained a PhD in Cognitive Neurosciences from University Paris 6 prepared in the College de France Lab. He also holds a Master in research valorisation from University Paris 6. He worked 3 years in the R&D division of EDF before co-fonding Adoc Talent Management. He is in charge of the strategy and management of the company as well as the recruiting back-office.

Christine Tavares has a DEA in fundamental physics (University Paris7/mines/telecom). In 1997, she received a postgraduate degree in management and strategic management of companies (ICG /IFG). In 1989, she joined THALES and successively held operational positions in France and abroad for 10 years. In 2001 she joined the HR management headquarters to organize and develop the recruitment policy of the group. She was the HRD of a business group of 7,000 people. She also taught human resources at the University of Paris 13. After organizing coaching sessions for PhDs seeking employment registered at ANPE, she is now a consultant for Adoc talent management in charge of evaluation and coaching of candidates.

Thomas Verdeil holds a Master in Taxation and Business law (University Paris 1), a Master of International Taxation (HEC, University Paris 2) and the CAPA (french agreement to become a lawyer). He spends one year in NYU to obtain a LL.M. in International Taxation. After two years and a half spend in the legal and taxation direction from Nestle Waters, he co-fonded Adoc Talent Management and is in charge of the legal affairs of the company.
