The CAREER project (competencies to reinforce the reciprocal attractiveness between doctorate holders and companies) allowed to highlight the adequacy of doctorate holders’ competencies with the expectated ones in companies .
2644 doctorate holders have been surveyed this year, within one year after their doctoral defence. This third edition of the survey has been conducted by the Innovation and Studies Division at Adoc Talent Management in partnership with the University of Paris-Est, the University Pierre et Marie Curie, the University Sorbonne Paris Cité, the University Paris-Sud, Télécom ParisTech, the Ecole Polytechnique, and with the support of the Region Île-de-France.
Adoc Talent Management a voulu s'intéresser de plus près aux parcours professionnels des docteurs qui n'ont pas choisi ou qui n'ont pas souhaité poursuivre une carrière académique. Adoc Talent Management wanted to dive deeper into professional trajectories of PhD holders that did not choose or did not wish to pursue an academic career.
